Cozy, quaint, comfy have all been used to describe this adorable British outpost in the Tennessee woods and all fit so well. Located about 40 minutes from downtown past Pegram (if you have been out to loveless it's out that way) this little shed served up truly authentic British sandwiches, rolls, pastries, tea, biscuits and crumpets. We had a bacon butty, a sausage butty, a ploughman, some jammy dodgers and minced pie. Everything was top notch as good as I've had in England. Plus delicious hot chocolate served by an adorable helper out back. Seating is all outdoors. The location is in the woods and very shady for the summer with patio umbrellas. In winter they have fire pits and delightful knit blankets to help keep you warm. Of course there's hot tea as we serve in true British fashion with a teapot and fine china! Tea service is also offered though you must book this ahead. They recommend calling and scheduling on the Wednesday before you'd like your service. Overall this is a great place to come before or after you have been out on the river or just anytime you'd like to get out of town a bit. Prices are very reasonable there is ample parking in the gravel lot and a very clean outhouse if you need that. The staff can and will answer any questions you have and really go above and beyond to make your visit pleasant. Go give Yorkshire deli a try!

Such a sweet find!! I saw this place one day as I was driving by and thought it looked so cute. Little did I know exactly how much charm it has!! The food and tea are so delicious, and there is just something about eating in a little garden that feels good for the soul. I went on a cold winter day and they had blankets out to keep warm which was such a homey and sweet touch. One thing to know is the tea service you must order in advance, the picture has the information you need to order it. I saw other tables had it and it looked wonderful!! Will definitely be trying that the next time I come.

Fantastic food. Very friendly staff. Expect to wait and it is worth it. Outdoor seating, some under cover with a screened net. Parking can be a challenge at times because this place is popular.

We loved our time here! The farmyard animals are adorable, the nursery and gift shop were fun to browse, and the food was all so delicious! We tried the sausage rolls and we also stayed for teatime. It was lovely! The service was wonderful as well. Can’t wait to return.

This was our second time visiting Yorkshire deli and we are so in love with this adorable British deli. Every single food item is delicious, the tea and French press coffee is so good, and the ambience is unmatched. They are dog friendly and have several seating options after ordering at the counter. We have tried the quiche, bangers and mash, fruit cups, side salads with balsamic, raisin scones, beans and sourdough toast, scotch egg, and crumpets. You can’t go wrong! Get there early as they do sell out of items daily. Also, the line is a bit of a wait but it’s so worth it!! We love culture, food, & this is the closest thing you’ll get to it in the Nashville area. Highly recommend!!!

Great hybrid tea room/garden experience. Set up near a stream in the beautiful Tennessee hills. Great for a birthday, girl’s date, mother-daughter date, or any date. Make sure to visit the shop and grab a couple flowers to plant in your garden. Tea choices are wonderful and the food is delicious. They really do a great job.

I don't even have words for how wonderful the food is here. The buildings are small and charming, the decor is British kitsch but it probably knows it, so it's not over the top. The staff is very friendly, and the FOOD. I had the Scotch Egg Plate, and it was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. I thought British food was supposed to be bland, but I repent. A sharpish cheese spread for the bagel chips, sweetness from balsamic greens, and savory goodness of flavorful sausage surrounding the mildness of the hard boiled egg. Really, I can't rave enough. It was busy - I'm apparently not the only person who feels this way. But, omg, come here!

I honestly can't talk this place up enough. The food is amazing the tea is delicious (my favorite is the English Rose). They had one of the most incredible quiches I've ever had. The seating is all outdoor -some with cover and some in the front with umbrellas. This place is just so cute -with hens roaming around the trees and flowers blooming as the season permits. The bathrooms are even cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. My only gripe is that I don't live closer.
